Sales in the province of Alicante fell by 7% to 95,220, as can be seen in the graph above. Despite the decline, this remains the second highest sales level of the last decade.

The average price of property in the province of Alicante, where the northern and southern Costa Blanca are located, rose by 7% to €162,132. This is the tenth consecutive year that prices have risen (see graph above).
