A cosy bungalow of 55 m² in one of the greenest and most peaceful neighbourhoods of Torrevieja  Torreblanca, just 300 metres from the wide sandy Blue Flag beach of La Mata. Nearby is the Molino de Agua natural park, with pine groves and walking trails, and a little further on are the famous pink salt lagoons of La Mata, whose microclimate has been listed by the WHO among the healthiest in Europe. Within walking distance you will find supermarkets, cafés, pharmacies, the La Mata health centre and a bus stop, and a farmers' market with fresh vegetables, fruit, cured meats and cheeses from local producers takes place in the neighbourhood every Wednesday. 55 m² for 135,000, 300 metres from the beach, in a gated urbanisation with a swimming pool and a tennis court  a rare combination of factors in the current Torrevieja market. The property is fully ready to move in, and the neighbourhood remains one of the most sought-after on the southern Costa Blanca, both for permanent residence and as a rental strategy.
